By creating an account or using the AutoAffil platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users including individual creators, marketers, businesses, and agencies.
AutoAffil is a web-based platform that enables registered users to generate AI-powered short-form videos, connect their TikTok accounts via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0, and schedule and publish content directly to their TikTok profiles using TikTok's Content Posting API.
To use the Service, you must register for an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials confidential.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize AutoAffil to access your basic profile info (user.info.basic) and upload video content (video.upload) on your behalf as directed by your scheduled posts. You may revoke this authorization at any time through TikTok settings.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant AutoAffil a limited license to process and publish it to your TikTok account as directed. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and third-party intellectual property rights.
AutoAffil offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
You may not use the Service to publish spam or fraudulent content, infringe intellectual property rights, violate any laws, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or violate TikTok's API usage policies.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. AutoAffil may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoAffil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoAffil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time with notice to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
